Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email support@osuk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us with your order details and a photo of the issue.

  • Items marked final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
